Yes, we offer 24/7 emergency breakdown assistance which means you can call our emergency line every day, 24 hours a day. The number is +30 2897022232.
Autotravel has service partners all around the island if something breaks down or if something has to be replaced. If you have an accident or if the car breaks down we will of course replace the car with a new one as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that if an assistance is required because of a breakdown or damage that is the driver´s responsibility, the Car might not be replaced.

Once you collected your luggage and exited the Airport building, a representative of Autotravel will be personally be waiting for you, holding a sign with our Company logo. You will walk together to our private Parking area where you will arrange the contract and collect your Car. The entire process once you exited the building should take less than 15 minutes. It might take a bit longer if other customers are in the same flight as you are. We do our best, so that you start your Cretan experience as quickly as possible.

A representative of AutoTravel will meet you at the Reception of your Hotel in the arranged Time and deliver you the Car directly there. We try to be there exactly on Time, but there can be sometimes a delay depending on unexpected traffic or road conditions.
Sometimes for schedule convenience, we might contact you to deliver the car earlier. This of course will happen only if both sides agree, and for no extra charge!

In both Airports, we have a Parking with a Key Box. So the return process is extremily easy. You just park the Car in our Parking area and drop the key inside the key box. This means that a 24 hour return is possible.
If you are returning your car in your hotel, you just give the keys to the receptionist, and we collect it from there. No need to meet at specific time.

It really depends on the car you are renting. The golden rule is that if you are renting the smallest option you can fit 1-2 medium sized luggage, medium sized options carry 2-3 luggage and the larger options carry 4-5 luggage. This of course also depends on the size and shape of the luggage.
Keep in mind that when you rent a 7 seated vehicle and you have 7 passangers the luggage space is a lot lesser so you only fit around 2-3 medium sized luggages depending on the size of the rental car.
Our 9 seated options however fit 8 luggages – no matter how many passangers!
